American Cancer Society
Both my sister and uncle had cancer, which made me want to support others going through something similar. I started volunteering with the American Cancer Society in high school and have stayed involved in college, where I now hold a leadership role. In this role, I support the Relay for Life through outreach, increasing financial donations.

Kids Need More
This camp provides the opportunity for children with cancer, along with their siblings, to attend for free. It is an amazing experience, and I have been lucky enough to go since I was 5. Everyone there became my second family, I looked forward to this every summer. I started raising money for the camp when I was 7, I would hold bake sales, lemonade stands, and partner with local businesses. Each year until I was 18 I would try to beat the amount raised previously.
